Consequently, the Office&rsquo;s remit also includes, for example, the concerns of LGBTQIA* people.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to counteract existing discrimination, to support those affected, and to promote equal opportunities for all members of the university community, regardless of gender, age, skin colour, physical appearance, social and cultural background, sexual or gender identity, religion, nationality, or mental and physical condition.<\/p>\n<p>Other areas of responsibility include promoting work-life balance, staff and organisational policy, abuse of power, bullying, stalking, harassment and inappropriate behaviour, as well as gender- and diversity-sensitive language. The equal opportunities officer is also the point of contact for matters relating to fair behaviour in day-to-day interactions.<\/p>\n<p>All enquiries and discussions are treated in confidence. Was bei diesem Programm interessant ist f&uuml;r diejenigen, deren Lehrauftrag dar&uuml;ber gef&ouml;rdert wird, ist das zus&auml;tzliche Mentoring und Training an dem sie teilnehmen k&ouml;nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Margarete von Wrangell-Juniorprofessorinnen-Programm<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/lakog-bw.de\/foerderprogramme\/margarete-von-wrangell-programm\/\">Margarete von Wrangell-Juniorprofessorinnen-Programm<\/a> gibt Juniorprofessorinnen die M&ouml;glichkeit, die Stelle einer wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiterin einzuwerben.<\/div>\n<p><strong>Brigitte Schlieben-Lange Programm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lakog-bw.de\/foerderprogramme\/brigitte-schlieben-lange-programm-fuer-nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen-mit-kind\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brigitte Schlieben-Lange-Programm<\/a>&nbsp;richtet sich an Frauen mit Kind, die ihre wissenschaftliche oder k&uuml;nstlerische Qualifikation mit famili&auml;ren Aufgaben und ggfs. beruflichen Aufgaben vereinbaren und ihre wissenschaftliche oder k&uuml;nstlerische Qualifizierung aufnehmen, fortsetzen oder berufsbegleitend durchf&uuml;hren m&ouml;chten.<\/p>\n<p>Rund 1 Mio. Euro pro Jahr wendet das Land mit diesem F&ouml;rderprogramm zugunsten junger M&uuml;tter an Hochschulen des Landes auf, um den Frauenanteil in den Leitungspositionen der Wissenschaft weiter zu erh&ouml;hen.
