zielte nun in Richtung organischer, von Schnittblumen inspirierter Formen. Die Umsetzung soll jedoch in stilisierter und reduzierter Form erfolgen.&nbsp;Funktionale Aspekte werden vorallem beim Messer eingebracht &ndash; die Klinge soll sowohl beim Schneiden als auch Streichen auf einem Gro&szlig;teil ihrer L&auml;nge einsetzbar sein. Hierzu verl&auml;uft die Klinge auf der Schneidenseite weitgehend gerade und in einem ungew&ouml;hnlich gro&szlig;en Winkel zum Griff. So kann das Messer in komfortablem Abstand beispielweise zum Tellerrand gef&uuml;hrt werden.&nbsp;Die grafische Untersuchung und Stilisierung von Bl&uuml;ten und deren &Uuml;bertragung auf die Laffe von Gabel und L&ouml;ffel bilden den Ausgangspunkt f&uuml;r die Entwicklung organisch anmutender Formen die durch ihre Abstraktheit eine Eigenst&auml;ndigkeit und Allgemeing&uuml;ltigkeit erhalten
