Sport), der durch verschiedene Nutzer (z.B. P1, P2, P3) zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten (z.B. Tag, Abend, Nacht) genutzt wird. Beispiel Sporthalle: Yoga-Gruppe (Freizeitsport), Schulsport, Vereinssport.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>02 TYPES OF SPACE SHARING &ndash; PARALLELE NUTZUNG (mehrere Personen, mehrere Nutzungen): Bei dieser Art des Space Sharings handelt es sich um einen Raum der mit einer Hauptnutzung dauerhaft (24\/7) belegt ist. Parallel &uuml;berlagern weitere Nebennutzungen (z.B. P2 = Lehre\/Lernen, P3 = Gastronomie) diese Hauptnutzung (z.B. P1 = Vegetation (urban gardening)) zu verschiedenen Zeiten (z.B. Tag, Abend, Nacht). Beispiel: Vegetation (urban gardening) als Hauptnutzung, Lehre\/ Lernen (Beispielsweise eine Kochschule) und Gastronomie (Beispielsweise ein Restaurant) als Nebennutzung.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>03 TYPES OF SPACE SHARING &ndash; NACHEINANDER NUTZUNG (eine Person, mehrere Nutzungen): Bei dieser Art des Space Sharings handelt es sich um einen Raum, der Fl&auml;che f&uuml;r mehrere Nutzungen (z.B. B&uuml;ro, Essen, Schlafen) bietet und von nur einem Nutzer (z.B. P1) genutzt wird. Als Beispiel dienen hierf&uuml;r u.a. multiinzidente H&uuml;llen, die verschiedene Funktionszonen in den Randbereichen besitzen, welche je nach Bedarf hinzu und weg geschaltet werden k&ouml;nnen. Der Hauptteil der Raumfl&auml;che bleibt hierdurch frei und ist je nach Tages- und Nachtzeit unterschiedlich mit Funktionen belegbar. Beispiel: Schlafen, Arbeiten, Essen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>04 TYPES OF SPACE SHARING &ndash; FLEXIBLE NUTZUNG (mehrere Personen, mehrere Nutzungen): Bei dieser Art des Space Sharings handelt es sich um einen Raum der von mehreren Personen (z.B. P1, P2, P3) f&uuml;r mehrere Nutzungen (z.B. G&auml;stezimmer, B&uuml;ro, Sport) nacheinander genutzt wird. R&auml;ume, die f&uuml;r eine flexible Nutzung geeignet sind, sind oftmals mit einer ebenso flexiblen bis hin zu keiner M&ouml;blierung ausgestattet, sodass der Raum einfach umgenutzt bzw. umgebaut werden kann. Hierdurch bleibt die Fl&auml;che frei und steht je nach Bedarf f&uuml;r unterschiedliche Nutzungen (in diesem Fall nacheinander) zur Verf&uuml;gung. Beispiel: G&auml;stezimmer, B&uuml;ro, Sport.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>05 TYPES OF SPACE SHARING &ndash; FLEXIBLE NUTZUNG (mehrere Personen, mehrere Nutzungen): Bei dieser Art des Space Sharings handelt es sich wie bei der vorhergehenden Space Sharing Art um einen Raum, der von mehreren Personen(-gruppen) (z.B. P1, P2, P3) f&uuml;r mehrere Nutzungen genutzt wird. In diesem Fall handelt es sich jedoch um parallele Nutzungen (z.B. Produktion, Gastronomie, Lehre\/Lernen, Shops, B&uuml;ro).
