Die Nutzungsdiversit&auml;t der Mail&auml;nder Hofbauten, die raumgreifende Erschlie&szlig;ung der Balkonbauten und der repr&auml;sentative Charakter der Turmbauten vereint diese neue Typologie in einem Bauk&ouml;rper. Die r&uuml;ckseitigen Fl&uuml;gel des Geb&auml;udes reagieren mit ihrem Split Level auf die enge Bausituation, w&auml;hrend das Vorderhaus als vermittelndes Element den Innenraum in der Vertikalen verkn&uuml;pft. Durch den Aus- oder Umbau dieser Schnittstelle l&auml;sst sich eine Vielzahl von geschoss&uuml;bergreifenden Raumkonstellationen erreichen. Die statische Fassade erm&ouml;glicht durch die Anordnung der &Ouml;ffnungen die Flexibilit&auml;t im Innenraum und tr&auml;gt gleichzeitig mit ihrer Spezifit&auml;t zum Verst&auml;ndnis der R&auml;ume und Nutzungen bei. Im Bezug auf die Nachbargeb&auml;ude und die Gestaltungsprinzipien der Mail&auml;nder Blockrandbauten entsteht ein Spiel von Symmetrie und Assymetrie, verspringender H&ouml;hen und Achsen.<\/p>\n\n
