University Transfer

Students who are already enrolled at other universities and would like to transfer to ABK Stuttgart can follow the regular application procedure for a place at our university.

• Applications are only accepted for the winter semester. Exception: You can also apply for the Master’s in Architecture and Master’s in Art Education programmes for the summer semester.
• Participation in our admission procedure is a prerequisite for being offered a place at the university. Talent and aptitude tests from other universities are not recognised.
• After passing the admission procedure, you can transfer to ABK Stuttgart by deregistering from your previous university and registering at ABK Stuttgart.
• Equivalent examinations or academic achievements can be recognised if they are equivalent in terms of content, type and scope. The decision is made by the responsible examination board on a case-by-case basis.
