From the Main Station (Hauptbahnhof)

• Subway line U5 „Killesberg“ to „Killesberg“ (final stop) in 5 minutes
• Bus line 44 „Killesberg“ to „Kunstakademie“ (8 stops) in 9 minutes

From Stuttgart-Echterdingen Airport

• S-Bahn line S2 or S3 toward Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof in 27 minutes, then take the subway line U5 or the bus line 44 „Killesberg“ (see above)

By car

From the city centre

At the main station, go onto the B 27 in the direction „Heilbronn“ and stay left. Turn left onto Türlenstraße and follow the road uphill in the direction of Mönchhaldenstraße. After 1 km (in ca. 1 min) turn right onto Birkenwaldstraße and follow this road until you can clearly see the Altbau (Building A) of the Academy. At the traffic light by the bus stop,  continue straight ahead onto campus. There is parking right in front of the Academy campus, on the „Tiefhof“ and in the underground parking „Kunstakademie/Am Weißenhof“ of the „Parkraumgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg mbH” (parking tariffs). Entrance to the „Tiefhof“ and underground parking via Oskar-Schlemmer-Straße.

Exit Degerloch / Zentrum, once in the centre, go in the direction „Stuttgart-Nord“

A8 from Karlsruhe

At the motorway junction Stuttgart, go in the direction of Stuttgart, continue in the direction of “Stuttgart-Zentrum”, then „Stuttgart-Nord“

A81 from Singen

Pass the motorway junction Stuttgart, then follow signs in the direction of „Stuttgart-Nord“

A81 from Heilbronn

Exit Zuffenhausen, continue in the direction of „Stuttgart-Zentrum“, then in the direction of „Stuttgart-Nord“
