Guidance and support with the implementation of model and prototype construction (architectural and design models)
The workshop’s services include professional advice on the choice of materials and manufacturing techniques. A range of materials and resources is available for the production of models and prototypes. Students have ample space in the workshop for their own research; they also receive assistance at any time with solving technical problems and are trained in the use of the numerous woodworking machines available.
During Workshop Month, woodturning courses are offered, as well as an introductory course for first-semester students of architecture and industrial design. This course focuses on simple tasks using woodworking machinery.
Naturally, all students have the opportunity to use the workshop once they have completed the relevant training (introductory workshop course).
In addition, the workshop manager teaches theoretical knowledge in the field of building materials science.
